Whitmill strengthens team with four new appointments

We are delighted to announce the appointment of four new members of staff.

Michelle Cramsie, Steve Rowe, Lauranna Leathem and Molly Blanchet have all recently joined the Whitmill team.

Michelle Cramsie is Whitmill’s Group Head of Compliance and Risk. Michelle’s new role is to manage all business and regulatory and risk requirements and to both develop and monitor best practice compliance standards across the group’s offices. She has over 15 years experience working in compliance for leading organisations within Jersey’s finance industry.

Qualified Accountant Steve Rowe brings with him over 20 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in bookkeeping, private client and fund accounting. Steve’s role is to prepare and review financial statements for companies, foundations, trust and funds as well as liaising with external professional advisors.  

Lauranna Leathem has joined our Private Client team. While in full time education at Hautlieu, Lauranna gained a merit in the CISI Extended Project for Introduction to Securities and Investments.  She has since completed her STEP Certificate and is now working towards her STEP Diploma.

Molly Blanchet is another new member of the Private Client team, having previously worked for a leading funds services business where she gained a wide range of experience, in dealing with real estate and private equity structures. Molly is currently working towards her certificate in Offshore Administration.
